Must be able to attend as many of our 21 Home Games in 2024 (typically on Friday nights & Sunday afternoons).
Game Day Operations & Events Coordinator
As an Operations Coordinator, you will assist in game day setup and execution. In the offseason, this includes planning and scheduling our 21 home games with outside vendors and partners.
Attend all home games (Friday Nights & Sunday Afternoons)
Contribute to miscellaneous tasks on a game day (ushering, ticket scanning, merchandise stand, giveaways, entertainment)
Attend Community Events including the Cardinals Kids Camp in July.
Outline processes for game day staff and volunteers
Setup pre-event checklists for each staff division
Provide miscellaneous support around the stadium
Generate a schedule for vendor relations and fulfillment
Manage online merchandise store performance
Manage merchandise stand at home games.
Assist player personnel with the setup of season activities
Monitor stock and inventory levels of all player equipment
Report directly to the Game Day Operations Manager
Engage with fans to create a memorable game day experience
Social Content and Media Coordinator
As a social media coordinator, you will work closely with our graphic design team to generate social media content across our social media accounts.
Must be able to attend all home games and record video of the game day experience.
Generate and post content on social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter.
Monitor social media comments and respond accordingly.
Form cross-promotion partnerships with other social media accounts
Track engagement of campaigns
Schedule content around the team schedule
Establish internal social media guidelines for the team
Cut video highlights after every home and road game.
Contribute to league social media.
Baseball Operations Assistant
Calling all baseball experts. Have you ever dreamed of working in a baseball front office? This is your chance to gain some valuable experience by assisting our baseball operations staff.
Assist TV production with score bugs.
Export baseball statistics from various sources.
Review and collect baseball highlights at the direction of team's general manager
Provide outreach to prospective players
Monitor offseason baseball leagues to identify potential prospective players
Form relationships on behalf of the team general manager with collegiate baseball coaches
Assist player personnel and equipment manager in-season.
Provide general research on a required basis by Baseball Operations staff
Make outbound phone calls to strategic baseball vendors
Cut video highlights after every game and during the game.
Equipment Manager
Our Equipment Manager is responsible for managing all assets within the stadium that is used for baseball operations.
Prepare the home locker room before games.
Wash all team uniforms.
Setup the home and visitor benches before all games at Bernie Arbour Stadium.
Setup the field for batting practice
Collect and manage inventory of bats, baseballs, and other equipment.
Relace gloves and cleats.
Receive direction from players about individual equipment requests and setup.
Assist the team during the game with any equipment-related requests.
Travel with the team on road games.
