Left-Handed Pitcher Mainprize returns to Cardinals

The Hamilton Cardinals are pleased to announce the return of left-handed pitcher Drew Mainprize for the upcoming 2024 season. 

Mainprize, an Ancaster, Ontario native, grew up playing youth baseball across the Hamilton region. He is making a comeback to the Cardinals, having been part of the team during the 2022 and 2023 seasons and participating in a total of 21 games across these years. Before joining the Cardinals in 2021, Mainprize kicked off his IBL career with the Brantford Red Sox, following his graduation from the University of Guelph.

The Cardinals first home game is on Friday May 17th at 7:30pm against the Guelph Royals. Tickets are now available at CardinalsTickets.ca and the game will be available live on Cable14Now.com.
