Cardinals sign Outfielder Kenny Di Clemente

HAMILTON, ONTARIO — The Hamilton Cardinals are excited to announce the signing of outfielder and Oakville, Ontario native Kenny Di Clemente.

The 2024 season marks a return to the IBL for Di Clemente after he played regularly with the Kitchener Panthers in the 2022 season. During that season, he played 18 games, achieving a .324 batting average with 22 hits, 5 doubles, 1 triple, and securing 9 RBIs.

Currently, Di Clemente is attending Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, competing in the NAIA. His 2023 season stats include a .368 batting average with 10 home runs, 51 RBIs, and 22 doubles over 48 games. He also made history at Keiser by becoming the first player to hit for the cycle, with his 2023 season earning him a spot on the SUN Second-Team All-Conference. For the 2024 season, he has maintained a .265 average, driving in 26 runs across 33 games.Before his time at Keiser, Di Clemente played two seasons at Crowder College in Missouri. During his youth, Di Clemente was a member of the Fieldhouse Pirates developmental system in Burlington, Ontario.
